Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Fileitz, provided by Grandfield Media Private Limited ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for the projects you create.

Your clients and their content

You may only send project links to people you work with, and only ask for content you have a reason to collect. You're responsible for having permission to collect and use what your clients send. Content belongs to you and your clients, not to us.

Client links

Anyone holding a project link can add content to that project. Share links only with your client; if a link leaks, replace it from the project's settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use Fileitz to collect payment card data, government ID numbers, illegal content, malware, or anything you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Emails we send for you

Invites and reminders go only to the client email you enter, and only while the project is collecting content. You can pause reminders at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep Fileitz running and your files safe, with daily backups, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
