Does my client need to create an account?+
No. They open the link you send and start adding content straight away. The link is private to that project, and you can replace it at any time.
What kind of content can clients send?+
Short answers, long text, links, images and any document up to 50 MB per file — logos, photos, menus, spreadsheets, PDFs.
How do reminders work?+
When you email the client their link, Fileitz schedules reminders on the rhythm you pick (every 1 to 14 days). Each reminder lists only what's still missing. Reminders only go out in daytime hours and stop on their own when everything required is in.
Can I use my own checklists?+
Yes. Copy one of the ready-made checklists and edit it, or build your own from scratch, then reuse it for every new client.
Can I share the link on WhatsApp?+
